Terms of Use
1. ILLUSTRATIONS
Personal Usage
The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).
Commercial Usage
The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
Artist rights
If the commission is fan art, I will be able to use it for Patreon/prints/art books, etc.If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (EG. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.
Process
The payment is made through Paypal.The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.Personal commissions are being drawn in the same order they were ordered at.The commission may take up to 90 days to be finished, depending on content and external factors.I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose from and approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase.If you want a WIP during the line art stage, you must let me know. It is not sent by default.You may apply a maximum of 2 separate corrections if it is after the sketch phase. Any additional corrections will require an additional charge.Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start line art.You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In the case of solo character art, you will also receive a transparent version.
Refunds
You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
2.LIVE2D MODELS
Usage
You may use your Live2D model in commercial manners that bring income.You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.You may not post the original full-sized .PSD/png file online.
Rights
I do not allow additional outfits to be added to the existing model by a different artist.I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.You may not modify the model yourself nor order anyone else to edit it.You do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself.You must credit me as your model artist in socials/streaming platforms bio and include my Twitter socials.
Process
The payment is made through Paypal.The commission will be started only after the invoice payment has been made.The commission may take up to 90 days to be finished, depending on content and external factors.I will first send you the sketch to approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase. I will be sending updates from there on from time to time.Changing the whole design is not possible once I start line art.You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark, .PSD file with all elements being rig-ready.
Refunds
You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.I do not refund the commission once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
